연세대학교 건축공학과는 1958년 건설공학과로 시작된 국내 최고의 사립교육기관으로서 계획, 역사이론, 설계, 시공, 구조, 환경 등의 다양한 분야의 연구와 교육을 이끌고 있습니다. 건축공학(4년제)와 건축학(5년제) 2개의 학부 프로그램과 일반대학원 및 공학대학원 프로그램을 운영하며 학생들과 사회의 다양한 요구에 반응하는 균형 잡힌 교육을 제공하고 있습니다. 각 구성원들의 전문연구를 바탕으로 엔지니어링과 디자인의 융합 연구를 통해 건축계에서 중심적 역할을 수행할 우수 인력 배출을 목표로 하고 있습니다. 연세대학교 건축공학과는 동문 및 재학생 학부모님들의 많은 관심과 배려로 나날이 발전하고 있고, 앞으로도 건축분야에서 선도적 역할을 수행해 나갈 것입니다.
As the nation's top private educational institution, Yonsei University Department of Architecture and Architectural Engineering started in 1958 as the Department of Construction Engineering, and currently leads research and education in various fields such as planning, historical theory, design, and construction, structure, environment. The Department operates two undergraduate programs - Architectural Engineering (4-year program) and Architecture (5-year program) – along with general graduate and engineering graduate programs, providing balanced education to meet the diverse needs of students and society. Through the integrated research of both engineering and design based on specialized studies of each member, we aim to cultivate excellent students who will play central roles in the architecture field. Thanks to the continued interest and support from our alumni, fellow students, and their parents, the Department of Architecture and Architectural Engineering is improving every day and will continue to play a leading role in the field of architecture.
